The AECreateIndex class models the statement that drops an index. This statement is not defined in the SQL-92 spec but is a widely used extension.

Will always have no children (GetChildCount() returns 0).

Parameters:
in_indexName The name of the index to drop.
in_table The table to drop the index on.

Copy constructor.
